Narabeen Beach with have both Beach Soccer and Cultural Cup Beach Soccer.
Our event will take place on Saturday 28th September and Sunday 29th September, 2024.

During a game of beach soccer at Narrabeen Beach, you can expect to see teams of enthusiastic players battling it out amidst the breathtaking coastal scenery. The game is typically played with fewer players on each team compared to regular soccer, adding to the intensity and excitement.
At any Australian Beach Soccer location you can expect a variety of matches for all skill levels.

- World Cup (Teams formed to replicate world teams)
- International (Invitational Only)
- Para (All Abilities)

- 5-8 players on each team
- 3 periods of 12 minutes
- No draws in beach soccer
- Penalties (5 each – followed by Sudden Death)
- Win in Normal Time = 3 points
- Win in Extra Time = 2 points
- Win on Penalties = 1 point

Along the sandy shores of Narrabeen Beach, you can expect to hear upbeat tunes echoing from portable speakers or nearby beachside bars and cafes. DJs may spin lively tracks, adding a rhythmic backdrop to the action on the sand. The music sets the tone for a fun and energetic atmosphere, keeping players motivated and engaging spectators in the excitement of the game.
PLAY, STAY & EXPLORE
Aside from the obvious sunbathing and beach relaxation, there are plenty of activities to enjoy at Narrabeen Beach. Surfing is big here, with the beach regularly hosting surfing competitions. There’s a surf school for beginners and plenty of surf shops around for gear and advice.
If you’re a fan of water sports, there’s also windsurfing and paddleboarding to enjoy on the Narrabeen Lagoon. Anglers can try their luck at catching a variety of fish species, and the rock pools at the ends of the beach are perfect for those with small children or anyone interested in exploring the local marine life.
